The suite was beautifully decorated with a

lovely view of the pool and ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was handy for quick meals. However, the internet was out for a day, which was inconvenient, and the air conditioning controls could be tricky to navigate.

The family suite had ample space for us.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was not welcoming and initially refused to let us check in before 2 PM, creating an awkward start. The family suite was much smaller than the photos suggested, making it uncomfortable for our group of five. Additionally, I found a cockroach in the kitchen, and the cleaners did not replenish the supplied towels adequately, leaving us wanting more during our stay.

During my stay, I fell in love with the stunning bay views from my upper floor suite and was thrilled to find the picturesque Cook's Bay just a short stroll away, perfect for my weekend city explorations and park views. the only downside was that the check-in process felt a bit unwelcoming, but the overall experience was great.

The light controls next to the bed were not user-friendly, making it inconvenient to turn them off without getting out of bed.

Spacious suite, beautiful terrace with a nice view, featuring a kitchenette and lots of amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center, making it a perfect choice for us and situated just a short distance from the airport.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and beautifully decorated suite with its modern decor. The comfortable beds and ample seating area made it easy to relax, and the easy access to the beach and pool area was very welcoming for seniors.

I absolutely loved the spacious Suite with Terrace—gorgeous decor and a stunning view! Relaxing on the terrace was heavenly. Only downside was the occasional wait for service at Le Cook. 🍹

I had a fantastic stay at Cook's Bay Hotel & Suites. The modern suite provided spacious comfort, and snorkeling right off the beach was a highlight. Minor issue with tricky light controls, but the location and beautiful pool area made it worth it.

Staying here was pleasant overall, with a spacious room featuring a lovely terrace and a pool view. The staff were friendly, but sometimes the beachfront area lacked shade. While the location was convenient, I missed having easy snack options on site.
